Rentals & Maintenance SupportSince 1994, Leahomes has been privileged to learn a lot from its history of letting to young professionals and students in London, Guildford and Southampton and to supplying the needs of our tenants - numbering several hundred. This has taught us the value of individual customer attention, retaining customers for up to three years, with most new ones coming through recommendation. Letting has taught us to plan and design out errors, but that when they occur, we owe it to each customer to treat them as individuals, bringing the service of a senior manager to bear at once, and constantly, until the problem is dealt with.
