Since 1994, Leahomes has been privileged to learn a lot from its history of letting to young professionals and students in London, Guildford and Southampton and to supplying the needs of our tenants - numbering several hundred. This has taught us the value of individual customer attention, retaining customers for up to three years, with most new ones coming through recommendation. Letting has taught us to plan and design out errors, but that when they occur, we owe it to each customer to treat them as individuals, bringing the service of a senior manager to bear at once, and constantly, until the problem is dealt with.

Leahomes is a company carrying out individual small developments, each undertaken by one of the very limited number of Leahomes' building teams. The top management regularly visits each development, meeting neighbours as local stakeholders, checking building works and meeting both prospective and past customers.
Tenants - Saving your Energy and Carbon
Rental portfolio policy is to support investment made by tenants and improve the energy efficiency of the assets as well as minimising their CO2 impact. Initiated 2008, reviewed 2010. We are pledged to invest 1% of portfolio rental income in such measures between 2009 and 2015 inclusive.
Our Approach
Leahomes was established in 1993 and launched in 1994, working in property letting and development of renovated and customised older properties for its letting operations in Surrey and Hampshire. With this experience and security, Leahomes has embarked on the task of finding properties and renovating them to meet your aspirations for your home. It builds some properties new. But we never forget that the best properties reflect the craftsmanship and attention to customisation which has its roots in the past but can be adapted to the modern needs.
