Our Approach

Leahomes has ten years' experience of renovating properties and assisting customers before and after they have moved in. In our build and design and relationships with you: SECURITY IS KEY.

Customers. You will want to choose a brand new home which has been built, which you can walk around, whose fixtures and fittings are in place. You do not expect to have to compromise by buying from an artist's impression or plan. Nor do you want to restrict your choice to second hand properties, without warranties and without the reassurance and backup of traditional service from the builder and the developer. Personal service. All our customers who own or have exchanged contracts to buy a home can ask for a personal visit from the builder who was responsible for that property and will be offered a meeting with the senior management of the developer, Leahomes.

The Customer

All our properties are different - there are no standard types. What IS standard is that we are able to offer the pledge of Leahomes consistent quality. The feel of the homes you choose from reflects that our main core values are renovating old properties. Coving, ceiling roses, skirting boards. But you are buying to a newly built standard. Security features on doors, windows, external lighting, a strong consideration on external layout to maximise security as well as comfort.

If you choose to give us your trust by reserving early, we can offer you the best of our customised approach. As each home is individually attended to, we can customise your design options. All we need is plenty of warning to ensure that we can give the options the quality fitting and finishing that you and we want.

Community Planning

In order to keep finding individual, high quality locations from which our customers may choose to buy their own home, we have our standards, built on over ten years, for how they relate to the community.

Health and Safety

Though the Leahomes sites are not large, all pay the high regard to health, safety and environment that the community, visitors, the neighbours, our employees and contractors deserve.

Approach to Investors

Leahomes is happy to continue to work with joint venture partners, its sister company Cotton Avenue Ltd and other developers. The best way to continue this open approach and maximise the choice of sites we can bring to you, the customer, is to stick to concentrating on quality design both inside and outside the homes we build.
